Shipping Policy

When you order from Denim Up Studio, you're not just buying a thing. You're saying yes to something handmade, one-at-a-time, from denim that already has a story. That means a little patience and a lot of care go into every package.

Processing & Shipping

• Each piece is cut, stitched, and packed by hand. *Ready-to-ship items are packed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Made to Order items are handcrafted just for you — please allow 10–14 business days before shipment.
• We ship from the California coast using USPS. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–10 business days once shipped. Holidays and shop promotions will require longer timeframes for delivery.

Tracking & Updates

• You'll get a tracking number the moment your package is handed off.

Delays & Responsibility

• Once your order is in the carrier's hands, the journey is theirs to guide. Weather, postal slowdowns, or misrouted trucks can happen. If the carrier marks it "delivered" but it's not in your hands, check with your local post office first — they usually solve the mystery.

Damaged Packages

• If your denim arrives hurt (damaged, bent, broken), email hello@denimupstudio.com within 7 days with photos. We'll review and contact you with a solution.

International Shipping

• For now, we ship within the United States. International friends — stay tuned, we'd love to reach your shores in the future.
