What are your processing & shipping times?
Most in-stock items ship in 5–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces may need extra time; we'll email you if there's a delay. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Can I request a rush order?
Sometimes, yes! Email us before ordering with your deadline. If we can meet it, we'll confirm options and any rush postage fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can adjust or cancel within 12 hours of purchase if your order hasn't entered production or shipped. Email hello@denimupstudio.com with your order #.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are only accepted for damage or order errors (wrong style or size). Email us within 7 days for approval before shipping anything back. Custom pieces are final sale. Natural variations are part of the charm of upcycled denim.
How do I care for my denim & vintage-fabric items?
Spot clean when possible. If washing is needed: cold, gentle cycle (or hand wash), air dry flat, and press on med-low with a pressing cloth. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Natural variations and gentle wear add character over time.
Do you accept custom work?
Right now, we're focused on creating the pieces we love most—and making them really, really well.
Custom work isn't something we're set up for at this size, but every piece we make gets the kind of attention you'd want in something made just for you.
We think you'll find something perfect in what we've already crafted with care.
Do you offer wholesale?
We're building something special here. A wholesale program that honors the craft, respects the relationship, and creates real value for retailers who share our vision.
It's not ready yet—because we'd rather do it right than do it fast.

Do you include gift notes or packaging?
Happily. Add your gift message at checkout and we'll include a hand-written note. We use minimal, recyclable packaging with a coastal touch.
What materials do you use?
Upcycled denim and vintage fabrics are our core. Each piece is unique; slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are part of the charm.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
My package is lost or delayed—what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link and nearby delivery spots. If it's still missing after 3 business days, email us with your order # and we'll help investigate. Please note that once a package is out for delivery, it is out of our hands.
