What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please inspect your item carefully upon arrival.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Since many of our pieces are made from reclaimed vintage fabrics, some items are truly one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged for an identical replacement.

What items are final sale?

Custom orders, personalized items, and clearance/sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@denimupstudio.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll send you instructions and a return authorization within 2–3 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Damaged items are handled separately from returns. Please visit our Damaged Item Report page and submit your claim within 7 days of delivery.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes! If you prefer store credit, just let us know when you initiate your return. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

What if the item I want to exchange for is sold out?

Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we may not have an identical replacement. We're happy to offer a refund or store credit so you can choose something else from our collection.
